We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you purchased on the site, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
We guarantee that all products you buy are free of manufacturers’ defects or you may return it immediately to the Vendor for a new replacement. If your item was damaged during shipment, either refuse the shipment so that it is returned to sender or file a claim with the freight company who damaged the product.
When returning an item, please make sure to use the original packaging with all accessories and owners manual. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-damaged items that are returned. Certain clothing, ingestible and cosmetic items are not refundable.
Damage, DOA and missing parts: If a product arrives damaged or DOA, you must contact us immediately. We will determine if the product needs to be replaced or if a replacement part needs to be sent out. If the product needs to be replaced, you will need ship the product back to us and we will send your customer a replacement item.

To process a product return, log in and follow the instructions in the Customer Area. There you will find a step-by-step procedure to assist you in processing your product return. Please note that products that are returned where this procedure is NOT followed will NOT be credited to the customer.
